Detailed description of goods and/or services
Wheco Group markets children's furniture items including beds, desks, bookshelves, toy boxes and related products.

Customer privacy policy
Wheco Group shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Wheco Group via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. 

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Wheco Group takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods

Return and Refunds
The provision of goods and services by Wheco Group is subject to availability.  In cases where a customer has processed payment and the specific item is unavailable, Wheco Group will refund the customer in full within 10 business days from order. Cancellation of orders after it has been paid for but not yet dispatched to the client will attract a 5% administration fee.

Return of Unopened Items:   Products that were not opened or assembled may be returned to Wheco Group national warehouse at customers cost.   It is recommended that customers insure the returned goods with the courier service used as damaged products may not be refunded.      Once received in good order a refund will be made within 10 business days.  A 5% administration and handling fee will be deducted from the returned item's purchase price.   The initial delivery charge will not be refunded.

Return of Opened and/or Assembled Products:      Products that were opened and/or assembled may be returned to Wheco Group's national warehouse at customers cost.      Products must be packaged in original packaging.    It is recommended that customers insure the returned goods with the courier service used as damaged products may not be refunded.    Once received in good order a refund will be made within 10 business days.   A 10% administration and handling fee will be deducted from the returned item's purchase price.  The initial delivery charge will not be refunded.

Damages:  Goods returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded as often damage to certain important parts of the item may render the entire product useless.   Therefore it is recommended that products returned by the customer should be insured against damage in transit.       

Product Warranties
All products are covered by a 12 (twelve) month limited warranty against any manufacturing defects.  This warranty is valid only where the product was used and maintained properly.   Fair wear and tear is not covered neither any misuse or abuse of the product or where any modifications were done to the product.     Natural variation occurring in wood or other materials are not considered defects neither does the manufacturer guarantee the colour-fastness of the material.   

Receipt and Inspection of Goods
As products are delivered via third party customers are requested to inspect outer packaging of the products as well as count the number of boxes/items delivered before signing any waybill.    In the event where the outer packaging is damaged clearly make a note on the applicable documents/waybills that packaging was damaged.   If the number of boxes or items do not match up with the number that appears on the waybill please make a clear note of the number of items/packages received before signing any delivery note.  

Customers should check the contents of the packages and verify that all panels and parts are accounted for and report any damages/shortages/discrepancies to us within 3 (three) business days after receipt.      Failure to do so may result in additional charges if and when a client reports any damages or shortages at a later stage.    All furniture unless otherwise specified are supplied in KD (knock down) format and are to be assembled by the customer.  Instructions are provided.    Wheco Group does not offer installation service and if a customer is unwilling or unable to handle the assembly it is recommended that the service of a handy man or other professionals be utilised at customers own expense.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Little Dreamz chooses its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature,  Unit 1, Willow Road, Business Park, Fairview, 6070.

Variation
Little Dreamz may, in it's sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
